• Jelena graduated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad at the Department of Internal Affairs and obtained the title of Master of Law. She passed the Bar exam and became a Lawyer. She worked as a Lawyer in the field of civil law, obligations, labor and commercial law. In April 2014th she was appointed for the Secretary of the Pećinci Municipal Assembly and worked as a Secretary of Municipality for almost eight years. She also worked as the Secretary of the Election Commission of the Municipality of Pećinci. In the meantime she completed the Program "Management of regional development through EU funds" of AR Vojvodina, the University of Novi Sad and the "European Affairs" Fund of AR Vojvodina and was the Coordinator of the Project Team of the Municipality of Pećinci where she participated in all phases of the implementation of projects in the field of infrastructure, education, culture, sports, as a Team leader and as a Team member. Since November 2018, Jelena has been engaged in the Support Unit for the Coordination Commission for Inspection Supervision, at first as an Advisor for Legislative and then as an Advisor for the Reform of Inspection Services and as a Coordinator of the Alliance for Fair Competition of NALED. In October 2023 she enrolled in Doctoral Studies of Law at the Faculty of Security Studies of the University of Belgrade. Since 2023 she has been the leading Advisor of the Competitiveness Unit of NALED and since 2024 she is the Coordinator of Working Group for countering of shadow economy of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
