Nebojša Rapaić is a Civil Engineer. In 1993rd Nebojsa founded f „Feniks sistem“ LLC a real estate brokerage based in Belgrade and is a manager of this company since 1993.
He was one of the founders and Chairman of the Govrening Board of one of the first specialized advertising newspapers „Krov Oglasi“ which was founded in 1998th.
Nebojša was one of the founders and in the period 2000-2010th Chairman of the Board of the first Real Estate Broker’s Association in Serbia - the Association „KROV“.
He was one the autors of the Code of Ethics of Real Estate Brokers and in 1998th one of the founders of the first Real Estate Exchange Market in Serbia.
He is a co-owner of „Albon Group“ LLC Belgrade, a civil engineering investment company.
Nebojša is a Board Member of the Group of Real Estate Brokers in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and a Member of the Governing Board of the Association Real Estate Cluster.
